As waterproofers, our founder and our team have felt immensely fortunate to be able to contribute for so many years to the ongoing safety of our Melbourne community. We consider it just one of many perks to our job.

Waterproofing is not a career where you can just tick boxes and call it a day. We believe that the safety and longevity of our client's homes rest solely on our shoulders. 

Because of this, we take our job seriously and push ourselves to provide exceptional quality work. Anything less would mean putting our client’s homes at risk from floods and rains - and that’s not something we could stand.

Building A Story Through Our Work

You might have guessed already, but we have a particular interest (see: obsession) with quality.
 
For us, it’s more than just a term to describe materials or a vague concept. We see quality as a philosophy for our business: it’s akin to a legacy that we leave behind on every job. 

And we have every intention of leaving behind a story that tells of exceptional craftsmanship, clever adaption when meeting challenges, and not settling for just the norm when it comes to waterproofing.

Making A Difference With Personal Service

Not the least because of these beliefs, our founder has - since Day One - wanted the ProFlow Waterproofing name to be known as a cut above the standard Victorian tradie experience. That's why we ensure our team is transparent, punctual and communicative at every step of the waterproofing process.

We count ourselves lucky to live in the beautiful city of Melbourne. We’re fortunate also to be able to contribute - in our small way - to keeping it’s homes, offices, shops and buildings standing throughout rain and erosion. 

Because we’re dealing with people's homes and livelihoods, the least we can do is to do our best for our clients. And that’s what we intend to do for many decades to come.
